Once your case is reviewed, we will fax or email you the proposed exhibits that we feel will be most beneficial to your case presentation, along with a price quote indicating the cost of the exhibits proposed. Upon your acceptance, a retainer fee equal to 50% of the proposed cost is required for us to begin work, along with any other materials such as radiology films or photos of your client. It is also helpful at this time to provide us with the contact information of any medical experts you would like to review the exhibits. Once preliminary exhibits are completed, they will be sent to you and or your medical expert for approval. Once approved, your exhibits will be sent to you along with the final invoice.
